An ambitious secondary school in Redbridge is seeking a dynamic and motivated Physics Teacher to join their Science department from January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to develop their teaching practice in a collaborative and well-resourced environment.
Physics Teacher – Role & Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons at KS3 and KS4

Support students of all abilities to make strong academic progress

Contribute to the wider Science faculty, including enrichment and extra-curricular opportunities

Benefit from a structured ECT induction programme and ongoing CPD
Physics Teacher – Requirements:

PGCE with QTS (or on track to obtain QTS by December 2025)

Strong academic background in Physics or a related subject

A passion for science education and a commitment to inclusive teaching

Excellent communication and classroom management skills
