About the Role – Experienced Nursery Practitioner (Redbridge):

  • Deliver and uphold the nursery’s curriculum, vision, and values each day

  • Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are maintained at all times

  • Create detailed child development reports and contribute to planning and assessment

  • Support and guide junior staff, encouraging excellence and reflective practice

Essential Requirements for the Experienced Nursery Practitioner:

  • Proven experience working in an early years setting

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification or Early Years Teacher Status required 

  • A genuine passion for teaching, learning, and child development

  • A nurturing, emotionally intelligent, and proactive approach

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement

Job Details:

  • Contract Type: Full-time, permanent (36/45 hours per week – 4/5 days)

  • Pay: Up to £33,000 per annum (based on experience)
