Are you a passionate teacher ready to lead a new SEND provision and make a real difference to children with complex needs this November?
A mainstream primary school in South West London is establishing a dedicated SEND hub to support pupils with significant additional needs, including severe autism and developmental delay. As the SEND Teacher, you will be the lead for this provision, working closely with pupils who historically would have attended a special school. You will also collaborate with a small team of specialist TAs to integrate pupils into mainstream classes where appropriate.

- High-quality learning environment with modern facilities and playgrounds
- Collaborative leadership team focused on inclusion and personalised learning
The Role:
- Lead the new SEND hub and plan tailored learning for pupils with complex needs
- Support pupils with severe autism, developmental delay, and personal care needs
- Collaborate with specialist TAs, class teachers, and external professionals to implement individualised support plans
- Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and social interaction
- Flexible approach: pupils split time between the SEND hub and mainstream classes
We’re Looking For:
- Qualified teacher with experience in SEN or complex needs
- Empathetic, resilient, and confident managing personal care and challenging behaviour
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
