Nursery Practitioner | Redbridge | Immediate Start

 

Salary: Up to £33,400 per annum
Hours/Shifts: 36 hours (8am–6pm over 4 days) or 45 hours (8am–6pm over 5 days)
Location: Redbridge, London

Ribbons & Reeves are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our warm and supportive Early Years team in Redbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to a nurturing, creative, and high-quality learning environment.

 

As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and promote holistic development. You’ll help maintain smooth classroom routines, encourage positive play, and build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with lead educators to plan and deliver engaging learning experiences
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with the EYFS framework
  • Foster strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates and support
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development opportunities

 

Requirements:

  • Early Years QualificationEYTS or Level 3 CACHE (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner (the more, the better!)
  • A genuine passion for early years education and child development
  • Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children
