Nursery Practitioner | Redbridge | Immediate Start

Salary: Up to £33,400 per annum
Hours/Shifts: 36 hours (8am–6pm over 4 days) or 45 hours (8am–6pm over 5 days)
Location: Redbridge, London

Ribbons & Reeves are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our warm and supportive Early Years team in Redbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to a nurturing, creative, and high-quality learning environment.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll help plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and support children’s holistic development. You’ll play an active role in maintaining smooth daily routines, encouraging positive play, and building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support lead educators in planning and delivering engaging learning experiences

• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children

• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with the EYFS framework

• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates and support

• Take part in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development opportunities

Requirements:

• Early Years Qualification – EYTS or Level 3 CACHE (or equivalent)

• Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner (the more, the better!)

• A genuine passion for early years education and child development

• Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children
