Aspiring Drama Teacher | Bromley

We are working with a highly regarded secondary school in Bromley that is seeking confident and motivated graduates for Teacher Training roles starting soon, ideal for Drama Graduates that are Aspiring Drama Teachers.

About the role:

This is an excellent opportunity to build practical experience supporting children with special educational needs – a crucial step towards a career in Teaching

You will:

• Support students aged 11–16 in their Drama classes
• Provide one-to-one and small group interventions to help pupils access learning and develop essential skills.
• Work closely with the curriculum and provide both engaging and informative lessons.
• Observe, record, and reflect on pupil progress
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

• A 2:1 or above in a Drama related subject
• Prior experience supporting children or young people with Drama is not essential but is desirable
• A calm, empathetic, and reflective attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for child development.
• A clear ambition to pursue a career in Teaching.
