Early Years Educator (Level 2 or 3)

Location: London South Bank, Central London

Contract: Permanent, full time (35 hours) — part time considered

Salary: £28,000-£30,000 depending on qualification

 

We are looking for a passionate, skilled Early Years Educator to join a supportive, community-focused nursery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years Educator who is committed to children’s learning, development and wellbeing.

 

As an Early Years Educator, you will help deliver high-quality care in a warm and nurturing environment.

 

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting children through planned and child-led activities
• Building strong relationships with parents and carers
• Ensuring safeguarding and safety remain central to daily practice
• Working collaboratively with the wider team
• Creating an engaging and inspiring learning environment

 

We are seeking an Early Years Educator who brings enthusiasm, confidence and a proactive approach to helping young children thrive.

 

To be considered, you must:

• Hold a recognised childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3)
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of early years development
• Communicate well with colleagues and families
• Commit to reflective practice and professional development
