• Helping pupils engage positively with lessons and develop good study habits

 

Humanities Academic Mentor - What the School is Looking For
The ideal Humanities Academic Mentor will be proactive, compassionate and genuinely committed to pupil development. A 2:1 or First-Class degree from a top 30 UK university is desirable, and previous child-centred experience is highly valued. Strong communication skills, resilience and a willingness to learn are essential.

Humanities Academic Mentor - Salary and Contract Info
• Academic Mentor roles: £450–£530 per week, pro rata to term-time only
• Contract: Full-time, long-term (January–July), term-time only
• Potential for future teacher training or extended contracts following a successful placement
