NVQ Level 3 Learning Support Assistant – Southwark – January Start

 

Do you hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Supporting Teaching & Learning? Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early development?


Ribbons and Reeves are working alongside a high-achieving Primary School in Southwark that is looking to appoint a NVQ Level 3 Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis, starting immediately.

 

NVQ Level 3 Learning Support Assistant – Salary and Contract:

  • £ £530 – £580 per week, inclusive of holiday pay, on a long-term basis
  • Contract term: January 2026 – July 2026
  • Opportunity to become a permanent member of staff or progress within education and SEN support

 

NVQ Level 3 Learning Support Assistant – Key Responsibilities:

  • Working 1-to-1 and in small groups with pupils across EYFS and KS1
  • Supporting children with SEND, including speech & language and social-emotional needs
  • Assisting the class teacher and SENDCo to promote inclusive learning
  • Supporting the delivery of the EYFS framework, phonics and early numeracy
  • Creating a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment that builds confidence and independence

  • Patient, proactive and confident when working with young learners
  • Enthusiastic about education and committed to helping pupils reach their full potential
