Learning Mentor – Barking & Dagenham – January 2026

Who This Role Suits

This role is ideal for a Learning Mentor with a 2:1 or First-Class degree from a top 30 UK university and previous child-centred experience. The school is seeking someone proactive, patient and compassionate, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in primary education and pupil development.

Salary and Contract Details

  • £444 per week, pro rata to term time only

  • Full-time, long-term contract (January–July)
