Pastoral Support | Secondary School | Lewisham | ASAP Start

 

Ribbons & Reeves are working with a secondary school in Lewisham to appoint a Pastoral Support professional to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a pupil-facing role focused on supporting behaviour, wellbeing and engagement. You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral leads and external agencies to ensure students are supported both in and out of the classroom.

 

The Role – Pastoral Support:

  • Provide day-to-day pastoral support to pupils across the school

  • Support attendance, behaviour and wellbeing, contributing to targeted interventions

  • Work closely with teachers, the SENCo, pastoral leads, parents and external professionals

  • Offer consistent support to vulnerable pupils, including those with SEND or SEMH needs

  • Help promote a positive school culture and positive behaviour

Role Details:

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Contract: Full-time, Permanent

  • Salary: £90-£100 a day minimum
