An ambitious, Ofsted-rated Outstanding primary school in Haringey is seeking a driven and experienced KS2 Phase Leader to join their dedicated leadership team from September 2026. The Role

As KS2 Phase Leader, you will lead curriculum delivery across Key Stage 2, using data-informed assessment to drive attainment. What We're Looking For

Candidates must:

  • Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Demonstrate substantial classroom experience within a UK primary school setting
  • Show a proven track record of delivering structured lessons and measurable pupil progress
  • Be confident operating within established behaviour frameworks
  • Be legally entitled to work in the UK — the school is unable to provide visa sponsorship

 

Salary & Contract

Outer London MPS: £37,870–£50,474 | UPS up to £56,154 TLR available for this KS2 Phase Leader post, commensurate with experience.
