An ambitious, Ofsted-rated Outstanding primary school in Haringey is seeking a driven and experienced KS2 Phase Leader to join their dedicated leadership team from September 2026. This is a permanent KS2 Phase Leader role ideally suited to an accomplished practitioner ready to take the next step in their teaching career.

The Role
As KS2 Phase Leader, you will lead curriculum delivery across Key Stage 2, using data-informed assessment to drive attainment. You will line-manage colleagues, contribute to school improvement planning, and champion high standards across the phase. Building meaningful relationships with pupils, families, and staff will be central to your impact.
What We're Looking For
Candidates must:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Possess a strong academic background, ideally a 2:1 degree or above from a reputable university
- Demonstrate substantial classroom experience within a UK primary school setting
- Show a proven track record of delivering structured lessons and measurable pupil progress
- Be confident operating within established behaviour frameworks
- Be legally entitled to work in the UK — the school is unable to provide visa sponsorship
Salary & Contract
Outer London MPS: £37,870–£50,474 | UPS up to £56,154 TLR available for this KS2 Phase Leader post, commensurate with experience.
