An ambitious and driven Science 2ic is required for a high-performing secondary school in Islington from September 2026. This heavily oversubscribed 11–18 school is known locally for its exceptional academic outcomes, particularly at GCSE and A-Level, alongside a calm, purposeful learning environment. • Permanent Science 2ic role in Islington on Inner London M3–UPS3
• Join a nationally recognised school with Progress 8 consistently well above average and a large proportion of pupils achieving grades 7–9 in Science
• Work within a collaborative model with multiple Science 2ic colleagues, sharing responsibility across Biology, Chemistry and Physics
• Excellent CPD and leadership development, with many middle leaders progressing internally
