HEAD OF MATHEMATICS

As Head of Mathematics, you will lead a dedicated department and drive outstanding outcomes across Key Stages 3–5.

The successful Head of Mathematics will:

  • Lead and manage the Maths department as an effective Head of Mathematics
  • Develop and implement a clear vision for Maths as Head of Mathematics
  • Raise attainment and progress across all year groups as Head of Mathematics
  • Support and develop staff through coaching and mentoring as Head of Mathematics
  • Monitor teaching, learning, and assessment as a strategic Head of Mathematics
