The Role:
As a Business ECT, you will:
· Plan and deliver Business lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5
· Support student progress as a Business ECT
· Work collaboratively with colleagues across the school
· Contribute to curriculum planning as a Business ECT
The Ideal Business ECT:
· A Business ECT with secure subject knowledge, achieving a First-Class or 2:1 in their relevant degree
· Will have a clear interest in developing their teaching practice
· A Business ECT who values consistent classroom practice, as well as, organised and able to manage classroom routines
· Someone who contributes positively to school life and willing to engage with training and feedback
