Join the Founding Team of a New Pre-Preparatory School in Epping

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Primary Teacher with a PE specialism to join the founding team of a brand-new pre-preparatory school for children aged 3–7. This role is ideal for a Primary Teacher with a PE specialism who is passionate about physical development, movement, teamwork, and the lifelong benefits of healthy, active learning.

As a Primary Teacher with a PE specialism, you will help shape a school built on calm classrooms, purposeful activity, and a deep understanding of child development. You will bring energy and structure to physical education, promoting coordination, confidence, and wellbeing in a nurturing and thoughtfully designed environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

We welcome applications from a Primary Teacher with a PE specialism who:

• Holds QTS with a strong academic background (PE, Sports Science, or related field preferred)
• Has experience in EYFS/KS1 or pre-preparatory settings
• Understands early physical development and motor skill progression
• Values structure, engagement, and inclusive participation
• Works with warmth, energy, and professionalism
• Is excited to help build a new school community from the ground up
