This thriving all-through academy in Lambeth, Clapham is searching for an ambitious Psychology Graduate to join their supportive inclusion team from September 2026.

Serving over 1,000 pupils across primary and secondary phases, the school is recognised for its inclusive ethos, strong SEN provision and commitment to pupil progress. With a high percentage of pupils requiring additional support, including over 120 EHCPs, this Psychology Graduate opportunity offers exceptional hands-on experience.

Psychology Graduate role starting September 2026 on a term-time contract
• £90-£100 per day PAYE for the successful Psychology Graduate
• Fantastic CPD and training opportunities for a Psychology Graduate considering further study
• Work closely with experienced SEN professionals, Educational Psychologists and Therapists
Psychology Graduate will support pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and speech & language needs
• Excellent opportunity for a Psychology Graduate seeking experience before teacher training or psychology-related careers
• Based in Lambeth, Clapham with excellent public transport links
• Inclusive and high-performing school with strong GCSE outcomes and improving attainment across core subjects
Psychology Graduate will provide 1:1 and small group intervention support across KS3 and KS4
• Assist with behaviour strategies, emotional regulation and classroom engagement
Psychology Graduate will monitor pupil progress and contribute to EHCP support plans
• Previous child-centred experience is desirable for the Psychology Graduate role
• A 2:1 or First-Class degree in Psychology from a leading UK university is essential
• Strong communication skills, resilience and a proactive attitude are key for any Psychology Graduate
