Teaching Assistant – Lambeth – September

• Work closely with teachers to prepare resources, monitor pupil progress and promote positive behaviour.
• Support pupils with SEND where required; approximately 13% of pupils receive SEN Support and around 0.1% have an EHCP, with personalised provision in place.
• The ideal Teaching Assistant will hold a degree or relevant experience supporting children, possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate patience, enthusiasm and adaptability.
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or within an educational setting is highly desirable.
