The Role:

• Work as a PPA Teacher, delivering pre-planned lessons across Nursery to Year 6.
• Provide consistent, high-quality teaching and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs and abilities of pupils across different year groups.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring pupils remain engaged and motivated.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and support colleagues to ensure continuity of learning.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in a primary school.
• Previous experience as a PPA Teacher would be advantageous, although applications from teachers with broader primary experience are welcome.
• Confident teaching across different key stages and adapting to new classroom environments.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
• A flexible, proactive approach and a genuine passion for primary education.
