Part-Time Primary Teacher | Redbridge | January Start

Are you an experienced Part-Time Primary Teacher looking for a permanent role that offers an excellent work-life balance?

A welcoming and supportive Good-rated primary school in Redbridge is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Primary Teacher to join their team from January. This role is not suitable for ECTs and would be ideal for an experienced Part-Time Primary Teacher looking for a long-term position with reduced hours.

The Role:

  • Work as a Part-Time Primary Teacher in Year 2 as part of a job-share arrangement.
  • Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons and support pupils' academic and personal development.
  • Work closely with the other Part-Time Primary Teacher to ensure consistency and continuity for the class.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
  • Enjoy a role designed to provide an excellent work-life balance.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with previous primary teaching experience.
  • An experienced Part-Time Primary Teacher or Primary Teacher looking for a permanent part-time opportunity.
  • Not suitable for ECTs – the school is looking for an experienced teacher.
  • Confident teaching Year 2 and able to build strong relationships with pupils.
  • A reliable and collaborative Part-Time Primary Teacher who will work effectively as part of a job-share.
