Learning Support Assistant | Lewisham

Supporting pupils who struggle with concentration, confidence or organisation.

Helping maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Working with teachers to identify and address barriers to learning.

Monitoring pupil engagement and communicating progress to teaching staff.
The successful Learning Support Assistant will:

Have a degree or relevant experience working with children and young people.

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Be confident working with pupils of different abilities.

Be proactive and willing to take direction from teaching staff.

Have a genuine interest in education and pupil development.
