Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultant

 

What can you expect to earn:

 

 + 1st Year OTE £35k-£50k

 + 2nd Year £50k+

 + 3rd Year £70k -£100k+

 

Ribbons & Reeves are hiring Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our rapidly growing team!

 

Since its founding in 2020, Ribbons & Reeves has established itself as the ‘go to’ recruitment company for London schools seeking contract and permanent staff!

 

We’re looking to build on this success by hiring more Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join and grow with us as part of our fabulous team in our brand new London office.

 

Our training programme will get you up-to-speed with everything you need to know about recruiting into the Education space. We have confidence in our people, so you’ll be on the phones by the end of your first week.

The Role: All our recruitment consultants start out by completing our specialised training programme which starts with sessions delivered by members of the Ribbons & Reeves leadership team and continues with ‘at your desk coaching’. Training never stops at Ribbons & Reeves, we’re a team of reflective learners who look for ways to ensure we continue to deliver a world-class service to candidates and clients all of the time.

 

We will train you to:

 

• Understand the requirements of your clients
• Find candidates through advertising and LinkedIn
• Qualify the candidates over the phone
• Create marketing packages to sell your candidates
• Manage your shortlisted candidates through the interview and hiring process

• Work the full recruitment life cycle
• Generate leads and manage relationships with schools to win new business for yourself and Ribbons & Reeves

 

Our Recruitment Consultants enjoy uncapped commission on top of a competitive base salary!
