SENCo | About the role:

  • A SENCo will join an ‘Outstanding’ primary school.
  •  As a SENCo, you'll have the opportunity to work with students from a variety of backgrounds and help with the advising of fellow teachers on SEND best practices and strategies as a SENCo.
  • High achieving school in a deprived borough of London.
  • SENCo Salary - MPS/UPS + TLR 1b/c Outer London Payscale.
  • Lead an inclusive, dynamic and proactive SEND Team as their new SENCo!

SENCo | About you:

  • QTS is essential for a SENCo.
  • Having a NASENCO qualification would be advantageous for a SENCo.
  • We are looking for a SENCo who can manage a large team of teaching staff with ease.
  • Share the belief that every student can reach their full potential.
  • Can effectively communicate with pupils and parents whilst liaising with staff.
  • Have experience with supporting and coordinating for students with SEND, Pupil Premium students and students with EAL.
