You, the new SENCo

Utilise your wonderful SEND knowledge and experience to help lead the school as a bright, confident, proactive SENCo. Plan and deliver on EHCPs, manage a wide-ranging team, and help lead the wider school, managing Support Staff, and focusing on whole-school SEND improvement. Liaise with the Head and Exec Head here to fully deliver in your new Leadership role, but key to this is someone confident, personable, and who comes with a genuine passion to lead and raise standards!
