School HR Assistant to aid in day-to-day responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual, able to adapt to a busy working environment with priorities changing throughout the day. Having strong written and verbal communication skills will be invaluable within this role as it will ease transition of work between staff and departments.

School HR Assistant Job Summary:

• School HR Assistant Salary: £25,000-£28,000 (Experience Dependent).
• Providing administrative support to the HR department.
• Assist with Safeguarding checks.
• Act as a point of contact for HR related queries.
• Track and maintain recruitment data and procedure.

School HR Assistant Job Requirements:

• Experience working in Schools.
• At or working towards CIPD level 3.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Experience using IT software such as SIMS and MS Office.
• Grade C or above in English, Maths and Science.
