SEND Support Assistant | The role:

  • Provide the best standard of care for children with ASD and EBD.
  • Work 1:1 with students or in small groups to help them with their studies.
  • Working with the SENCo, the SEN team and the SLT to provide the best support and care for the children, creating an environment for them to flourish.
  • Become a friendly and reliable face for students throughout the school.

SEND Support Assistant | About you:

  • A First-Class degree from a Top 20 UK University is mandatory to apply for the SEND Support Assistant role.
  • Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.
  • Resilience, fantastic interpersonal and communication skills, and a calm temperament.
  • Aspirations to have a career in education or to become a psychologist.
  • Dedication to providing the best education around.
