Secondary Teaching Assistant | Job Summary
- £500 – £550 per week (Paid weekly via PAYE)
- Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm
- Support young people inside and outside of the classroom at a critical point on their learning journey!
- Gain invaluable experience working alongside Senior Staff and make connections to progress into a career in education!
- Solidify highly transferrable communication and active listening skills, being a part of an excellent school in Bromley!
- Role starting immediately until July 2025 - with opportunities to continue beyond!
Our ideal Secondary Teaching Assistant candidate will have:
- First-Class Degree in a related subject from a Top 20 UK University
- Prior experience providing academic support to young people
- Sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and a strong knowledge of safeguarding practices!
- A brilliant academic record, dating back to GCSEs
- Extracurricular hobbies like sports, music or languages that can be integrated into school life (not essential!)
