Key Responsibilities:
- As a First-Class Humanities Graduate, provide small-group and 1:1 support tailored to students’ needs, focusing on academic achievement and progression
- Work with a variety of special educational needs (SEN) students, providing essential in-class and out-of-class support
- Collaborate with the class teacher to implement behaviour management strategies effectively
- Interact with education professionals to develop well-rounded learning experiences
Role Requirements:
- First-Class Humanities Graduate with a strong academic background (good A Levels and GCSEs)
- Previous experience working with children, especially within an SEN context
- Strong communication skills and confidence in behaviour management
