• Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support to students.
• Support children with a range of Special Educational Needs.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored interventions.
• Work both inside and outside the classroom to ensure students’ academic and personal growth.
• Collaborate with education professionals to create a positive learning environment.

Essential Requirements:

• A First-Class Psychology Degree from a leading UK university.
• Previous experience supporting children, especially in an SEN setting.
• Confidence in managing behaviour and implementing effective strategies.
• A supportive and empathetic approach to working with SEND students.
