- Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support to students.
- Support children with a range of Special Educational Needs.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored interventions.
- Work both inside and outside the classroom to ensure students’ academic and personal growth.
- Collaborate with education professionals to create a positive learning environment.
Essential Requirements:
- A First-Class Psychology Degree from a leading UK university.
- Previous experience supporting children, especially in an SEN setting.
- Confidence in managing behaviour and implementing effective strategies.
- A supportive and empathetic approach to working with SEND students.
