Pastoral Support Assistant | Ealing

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a Secondary School in Ealing as a Pastoral Support Assistant, where you will play a key role in supporting the wellbeing and development of students.
This role is perfect for a graduate eager to make a positive difference in students’ lives while gaining valuable experience in pastoral care.
Pastoral Support Assistant | Job Summary:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH needs
- Assist in promoting emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour in the school environment
- Work alongside the school’s pastoral and SEN teams to deliver effective support and interventions
- Full-time position starting immediately through to the end of the academic year
- Monday to Friday | 8:30am-3:30pm
- £480–£520 per week, paid weekly on a PAYE basis
Pastoral Support Assistant | About You:
- A graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree, ideally in Psychology or a related field
- Passionate about supporting students and promoting positive mental health
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong relationships with students and staff
- Previous experience in a child-centred role or school environment is advantageous
