Behaviour Support Mentor – Harrow – Start Date: ASAP

Are you passionate about helping young people manage their behaviour and supporting them to achieve positive change? Do you find fulfilment in making a lasting impact on students' lives?

A Primary school in Harrow is currently seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Mentor with a relevant degree.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field from a UK university
  • Prior experience in a similar role would be ideal
  • Confidence and passion for working with students who exhibit challenging behaviour and determination to make a lasting positive impact

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the SENDCo, pastoral team, and staff to address behavioural challenges
  • Build positive, supportive relationships with students to guide them towards better outcomes
  • Contribute to a positive school atmosphere for all students
