SAL Support Assistant | Havering
Are you wanting to significantly improve children’s speech, communication, and social skills?
Ribbons & Reeves are actively seeking a committed graduate to join an all through School based in Havering which specialises in SAL. The school are looking for an individual who has great communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills to support children in KS1 and KS2 with SAL difficulties.

- Training program included to improve SAL approaches
SAL Support Assistant | Job Summary
- 1:1 and group interventions
- Support children in KS1 and KS2 with speech and language difficulties
- Significantly improve stutters, apraxia of speech, dysarthria, selective mutism and speech delay
- Use personalised SAL methods and strategies to accommodate each individual child’s speech and language impediments
- Full-time position working Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 3.30pm
- Earn up to £470 per week on PAYE basis
SAL Support Assistant | About You
- Graduated with minimum 2:1 in a related Degree at a Top 20 UK University
- Experience supporting children with SEND is desired
- You are looking to gain very beneficial experience to apply for MSc Speech and Language Therapy
- You are passionate and committed to supporting and improving children with speech and language impediments
