Recruitment Consultant | Central London
Ribbons & Reeves are an Education Recruitment specialist, based in London Liverpool Street, and we are looking for a vibrant, proactive new Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team!
Recruitment Consultant
- Base salary starts at £27,500, increasing depending on experience
- Realistic earnings in first year to DOUBLE basic salary
- Uncapped Bonus Structure, with no threshold to get over before earning bonus/commission

- Experienced Recruiters and people with proven Sales experience are encouraged to apply
- Inexperienced applicants will be considered for Trainee Recruitment Consultant roles (base salary is £25,000)

You must have;
- Winning mentality and a hunger to make business happen
- Experience as a Recruitment Consultant, or transferrable Sales experience
- Ability to build relationships with people
- Strong written and spoken English
- Motivation to achieve and exceed targets
- A positive attitude, solid work ethic, and resilience!
