- Full-time term time only Psychology Graduate role | Long term contract until July 2025
- Work alongside qualified and receive guidance from SEN professionals, Specialist Teachers and Educational Psychologists
- Role paying £400-£500 per week | Paid weekly on PAYE basis
- Experience working with children with SEND is desirable
- First-Class or 2:1 Psychology-related degree from a top 20 UK University

- Provide tailored 1:1 and group support for students with varied SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs.
- Support the class teacher in delivering tailored lesson plans and class materials
- Support students with everyday routines including personal care
- Help manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Maintaining a calm and measured approach to diffuse situations, promoting a safe and supportive environment for students.
