KS3 Teaching Assistant- Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in their learning across a range of subjects at Key Stage 3.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support, ensuring students’ academic progress.
  • Support the teaching staff in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback directly to class teacher.

 

KS3 Teaching Assistant- Minimum Requirements:

  • A 2:1 undergraduate degree (or higher) from a top UK university.
  • Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • A passion for supporting students and a commitment to helping them succeed.
