Year 1 Class Teacher – Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons to nurture the school’s first Year 1 cohort.
- Inspire and support students to achieve rapid progress in phonics and other key areas of the curriculum.
- Collaborate with Year 1 colleagues across the school trust to refine and implement an exceptional Year 1 curriculum.
- Establish a classroom culture of high expectations, ensuring excellent behaviour and a love of learning.
- Work closely with families to support their children’s education and celebrate their achievements.
- Take responsibility for personal professional development and strive to improve as a teacher every day.

Year 1 Class Teacher – Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a good honours degree.
