SEN Teaching Assistant | Lewisham | ASAP

What We Are Looking For:
- A minimum of a 2:1 degree in Psychology or a related field from a top 20 UK university
- Prior experience in a role focused on children, especially those with special educational needs
- Comfort in managing challenging behaviours and assisting students with learning challenges
Main Duties:
- Design and deliver engaging, tailored learning activities to suit each student’s specific needs
- Adapt teaching strategies to cater to the individual needs of students
- Assist with the physical, social, and emotional development of students
- Create an uplifting and motivating classroom atmosphere that fosters student engagement
