About the Role:
As a Primary Intervention Assistant, you’ll support children who need additional help in their learning and development. This includes working with children with EHCPs, providing tailored interventions both in and outside the classroom. Based in a welcoming and nurturing 2FE Primary School in Winchmore Hill, Enfield, this role allows you to have a meaningful impact on pupils’ educational journeys.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree from a top UK University.
• Previous experience working with young children, particularly those with additional needs.
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and patient approach to supporting learning.

• Contract: Monday to Friday, term-time only
