Pastoral Support Assistant | Job Summary

• Full-time, term-time only role | Immediate start
• Long-term contract until July 2025
• Role paying £400-£500 per week | Paid weekly on a PAYE basis
• First-Class or 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK university
• Previous experience supporting children with SEND is essential

Pastoral Support Assistant | Job Role

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with varied SEN
• Assist with personal care tasks (e.g., toileting), ensuring dignity and comfort
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students, ensuring a safe environment for all
• Help develop students' social, emotional, and communication skills, building their confidence and independence
• Collaborate with experienced SEND professionals, specialist teachers, and educational psychologists, gaining valuable hands-on experience
