What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons as a Humanities ECT to KS3 and KS4 History, Geography or RE students.
  • Work alongside the curriculum lead to shape the teaching framework and support curriculum development.
  • Take responsibility for student progress, adapting teaching methods to suit a range of abilities.
  • Create an inclusive and inspiring learning environment that motivates students to achieve their best.
  • Develop strong classroom management skills while working with students of varying needs, including those with SEN.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified Humanities ECT with a PGCE and QTS.
  • PGCE placement experience teaching Humanities subjects across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Some experience working with students with SEN needs is desirable.
  • A dedicated teacher passionate about delivering high-quality education.
