Are you an experienced senior leader ready to take on a pivotal Deputy Headteacher role in Brent? Deputy Headteacher – Person specification
- Proven senior leadership experience, ideally as an existing Deputy Headteacher or Assistant Head
- Strong track record in Behaviour, Pastoral and Safeguarding leadership
- Deep understanding of safeguarding legislation and best practice
- Committed to high standards, consistency, and doing things properly
- Able to lead by example and build staff confidence
- Resilient, strategic, and aligned with the school’s ethos and direction
