Are you an experienced senior leader ready to take on a pivotal Deputy Headteacher role in Brent? This ambitious and inclusive primary school in Brent, recognised by Ofsted for strong leadership and high standards, is seeking a values-driven Deputy Headteacher to lead on Behaviour, Pastoral and Safeguarding.   • Proven senior leadership experience, ideally as an existing Deputy Headteacher or Assistant Head

  • Committed to high standards, consistency, and doing things properly
  • Able to lead by example and build staff confidence
  • Resilient, strategic, and aligned with the school’s ethos and direction
