KS1 Primary Teacher | Hounslow | September 2025 Start

A welcoming and ambitious primary school in Hounslow is seeking a KS1 Primary Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This KS1 Primary Teacher role is perfect for an enthusiastic ECT or a more experienced teacher looking to develop further in a supportive setting. The school has a strong reputation for nurturing early years and Key Stage 1 learners, making it a fantastic environment for a KS1 Primary Teacher to thrive.

As a KS1 Primary Teacher, you’ll deliver engaging lessons across Year 1 and Year 2, adapting your approach to suit the developmental needs of your pupils. The KS1 Primary Teacher will work closely with a supportive team, including experienced TAs, to create a calm and positive classroom culture. The KS1 Primary Teacher will also have the opportunity to contribute to wider school life through clubs and enrichment activities.

KS1 Primary Teacher – Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver exciting lessons for Year 1/2
• Monitor progress and adapt teaching for individual needs
• Work with colleagues to maintain high standards across the key stage
• Build strong relationships with pupils and families

Requirements:
• UK QTS is essential
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and strong knowledge of early phonics and foundational literacy and numeracy
