Key responsibilities of the Learning Support/Pastoral Admin role:

• Delivering 1:1 and small group support to students with SEND

• Supporting wider pastoral care and emotional development

• Assisting with lesson delivery and pastoral documentation

• Building strong relationships with staff, students and families
