Contract: September 2025 – July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Pay: £444 per week (PAYE)

A top-performing secondary school in Richmond is seeking a Science Graduate Teaching Assistant to support students across Biology, Chemistry and Physics lessons. This Science Graduate Teaching Assistant role offers hands-on experience in labs and classrooms, making it ideal for aspiring science teachers or those interested in STEM education.

As a Science Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll assist with setting up experiments, supervising practical work, and providing targeted help in lessons and after-school revision. You’ll also mentor KS3 pupils who are developing their curiosity in STEM subjects.

Science Graduate Teaching Assistant – Key Duties:

• Support practical science lessons in labs across KS3 and KS4
• Work 1:1 and in small groups with students needing extra help
• Help maintain lab equipment and prepare materials for experiments
• Inspire students through STEM activities and enrichment clubs

We’re looking for:

• A recent Science graduate (Biology, Chemistry or Physics, 2:1 or above)
• Someone proactive, organised and confident in a lab environment
• A passion for education and helping young people succeed
• Full availability from September 2025
