Aspiring Primary Teacher – Islington – Start Date: September 2025

Aspiring Primary Teacher – Teaching Assistant Role:

• Daily rate: £95-105 (PAYE), dependent on experience
• Work alongside experienced and inspiring educators
• Gain exposure to a wide range of teaching strategies and classroom environments
• Support pupils across all key stages, including those with SEND
• Develop your teaching skills in a supportive and collaborative setting
• Clear pathway to long-term career progression within education

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
• Provide tailored support to pupils of all abilities, including those with additional needs
• Play an active role in promoting a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Offer 1:1 and small group support where required
• Embrace opportunities to contribute to extra-curricular and enrichment activities

Requirements:

• A 2:1 degree (or higher) is essential
• Previous experience working with children (in any capacity) is required
• A genuine interest in education and the development of young learners
• Flexibility to work across different subjects and year groups
• Strong communication, empathy and organisation skills
