Role: Behaviour Mentor
Location: East London
Contract Type: Full-time, September Start, 1-year Contract (potential to be extended)
Salary: £430 - £500 PW

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Behaviour Mentor to join our supportive team. This rewarding role is perfect for someone who wants to make a real difference in pupils’ lives by helping them develop positive behaviour and emotional resilience. You will join a dedicated pastoral team committed to ensuring every child reaches their potential.
What does a Behaviour Mentor do?
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
- Identify pupils in need of behavioural and emotional support.
- Deliver one-to-one mentoring sessions to help pupils develop positive behaviour strategies.
- Liaise with SENCos and families to ensure a Holistic Approach.
- Organise structured lunchtime activities for pupils who need additional support during breaks.
What are we looking for?
You must have:
- Degree in a relevant subject (Education Studies, Psychology, Counselling)
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a calm manner.
