Sports Graduate / Learning Support Assistant – Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with additional needs

  • Use your Sports background to engage students through active, relational support

  • Assist students in developing social skills, resilience, and classroom focus

  • Work closely with the SENCO and classroom teachers to implement individual support plans

  • Help with behaviour management and promote positive learning environments

  • Sports-related degree essential (e.g. Sport Science, Physical Education, Coaching)

  • Experience working with children or young people is required – ideally in a school, coaching, or youth work setting

  • A proactive, energetic and patient Sports Graduate / Learning Support Assistant will thrive in this environment
