Location: Richmond, South West London
Contract: September 2025 – July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Pay: £444.00 per week (PAYE)
Interviews: June/July 2025

A vibrant primary school in Richmond is recruiting for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to support across KS2. This Graduate Teaching Assistant role is perfect for aspiring primary teachers looking to gain in-school experience before applying for teacher training.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will provide in-class support, deliver small group booster sessions in English and Maths, and help children who may need additional guidance to stay on track academically.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting class teachers with lesson delivery
• Providing 1:1 and small group interventions
• Supporting pupils with SEND and EAL
• Helping to plan and deliver creative activities

We’re looking for:

• A 2:1 or above in any subject (English, Education or Psychology preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• A genuine desire to work in education
• A commitment to supporting all learners
