Higher Level Teaching Assistant – What the School is Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK University and demonstrable experience working with children or young people. You should bring a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to inclusive education. Confidence in leading learning activities and a strong grasp of secondary-level curriculum expectations are essential.

Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Salary and Contract Info
- Up to £600 per week, pro rata to term time only
- Contract: Full-time, long-term (September–July), term-time only
- Potential for future teacher training or extended contracts following a successful placement
